Strength 'n' Lengthen

Build strength and flexibility where it counts.

 

This class focuses on hip and shoulder mobility, combining exercises that both strengthen and lengthen muscles to enhance your range of motion.

 

If you want your muscles to be strong and long, then you need to Strength 'n' Lengthen!
